Real Wedding: A Hockey-Themed Night
Christina and Andrew’s wedding was so fun to work on. When Christina originally reached out, she wanted a navy blue and gold invitation suite and hockey themed day of stationery. I was immediately excited to pull together her vision and create something that was unique to them!
The Invitations
We started with a double sided invitation, the front being navy blue with sprinkles of gold glitter. The reverse side of the invitation included the reception, accommodations and how to rsvp online with white backing.
Table Numbers and Placecards
The day of stationery included custom table numbers, place cards and a seating chart. The table numbers were designed to look like jerseys from the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators.
White and gold place cards with meal choices at each place setting to match their wedding invitations. The table had white linen with navy blue and gold accented decor.
The Seating Chart
Lastly, my favourite was the seating chart that was designed to be like an ice rink. Each table was the name of a player, while the seating chart was designed with each players position. Having creative seating charts are such a unique and personalized touch to your wedding!
